Rules on Sports
Sports betting is a major section at BetLabel and follows specific rules. Here are the main points to note:
- BetLabel accepts bets across various markets, including singles, accumulators, and multiple bets.
- While BetLabel may update pre-match and live odds, your payout is calculated using the odds at which you placed your wager.
Additionally, BetLabel applies sport-specific betting rules. For example, if you place a bet on basketball and the match is not completed, the bookmaker will typically void the bets and return the stakes.
Responsible Gaming
BetLabel is concerned about its customers’ mental health and promotes responsible gambling. It provides fundamental information about gambling addiction on its Responsible Gaming page, outlining typical warning signs.
To help identify potential problems, BetLabel offers a short 10-question screening. If a player answers positively to 5 or more questions, they should take their gambling behavior seriously and follow BetLabel’s recommendations:
- Treat gambling as entertainment only (not a source of income).
- Manage your bankroll based on amounts you can afford to spend daily, weekly, or monthly. Allocate your gambling time carefully.
- Don’t chase losses; if you suffer multiple consecutive losses, it’s best to pause and take a break.
If a player's gambling becomes unmanageable, they can place restrictions on their account. By contacting BetLabel support, users can request daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits or full account closure.
Risk Disclosure
When placing bets at BetLabel, you risk losing funds. Most BetLabel games use RNG technology, which means players cannot influence the outcome and results are determined by chance. Please consider this risk disclosure before registering on the site.
Refund Policy
The BetLabel refund policy applies in two situations. First, within 24 hours of a deposit if the funds have not been wagered.
Second, BetLabel will consider refund requests within 30 days if a transaction was made by someone other than the account holder. In such cases you agree to provide notarized proof of identity. If this documentation is not supplied within 30 days, BetLabel reserves the right to suspend your account and seize its balance.
